Terms of service

These terms cover the Finley Brook website and orders of physical clothing and accessories. Read the product details and the shipping and returns policies before ordering. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Your order is for the exact color and size version identified on its product page. Measurements, material descriptions and included items belong to that version. Styled photographs do not guarantee fit, and campaign props are not included unless the product description says so. Screen settings can affect displayed colors.

Prices are in USD. Standard shipping costs $5.99 per order. Review the items, quantities, delivery details, applicable tax and final total before confirming payment. The available payment provider and methods must be displayed at checkout. Checkout is currently unavailable until the store's seller and payment account are configured; adding an item to the bag does not place or pay for an order.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your order reference. If an item is unavailable, an address cannot be served or an error prevents fulfillment, we contact you and explain the cancellation and refund. We do not increase an agreed price without your consent.

The Shipping policy describes delivery estimates and delays. The Returns & refunds policy describes returns, cancellation and refunds. Those policies form part of the information provided with your order. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee.

Contact us with your order reference if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect. Your rights concerning goods are not disclaimed by these terms. Our ordinary return conditions do not limit rights that apply to defective products.

Do not use this site for fraud, unlawful activity or unauthorized access. Do not interfere with its operation or send malicious files. Site content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Buying an item does not transfer ownership of website text or images.

Send only information you are entitled to share. We use order messages to handle your request under our Privacy policy. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.

Payments, hosting and delivery involve other providers. Their services may be interrupted. Website access can also be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons. An interruption does not remove your rights concerning a paid order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver in these terms.
